Above the door of the Oldmeldrum Town Hall is the Urquhart Coat Of Arms with the motto:-

"Mean, Speak and Do Well".  Here at the start of the journey ahead of us, these words carry a clear message.  Let us show our true grit and get on and make the cycleway and walkway happen.  Below are step by step photographs taken in July 2011 showing the state of the old line and proposed route of ammended sections of line. Below that a corresponding map showing where the photographs were taken. Hopefully it will be a record to remind us of what it was like.  Children will ask their parents and grandparents one day the question "What did YOU DO to help make the Meldrum Meg Cycleway?".
